Audidio adds Christmas channel to its music video streaming platform ahead of the holidays

audio, the first free music video platform to feature only independent underground artists, announced on Wednesday the addition of its new Christmas music video channel, Kaylene’s Very Merry Christmas, marking the 21st channel to be added to the broadcast network in direct.

The channel, compiled by Audidio’s VP of Operations Kaylene Peckham, features diverse interpretations of Christmas classics with music videos from underground artists such as Christina Taylor, Gabby B and The Tano Jones Revelry.

Kaylene’s Very Merry Christmas channel also features the music video for “Merry Christmas, Happy New Year” by Ingrid Michaelson and “Elf” and “New Girl” star Zooey Deschanel.

“A lot of people look to their streaming service to play their favorite holiday jams, but how many of those platforms give you a visual element as well? Said Nik Sharp, founder and CEO of Audiodio. “This Christmas season, we wanted to give our viewers a collection of holiday music videos that are sure to add another level of ambiance as you bake cookies, decorate the tree and get together with your loved ones.”

According to Billboard, Alexa’s requests for festive songs totaled over 15 million a day in the days leading up to Christmas in 2020. With such demand for festive music during the holidays, Audidio is bringing something of the holiday streaming industry to the table. new: a turnstile playlist of vacation music videos.

Now, those who log into Audidio’s website or app can enjoy the sounds, as well as pictures, of their favorite underground holiday songs and clips through Kaylene’s Very Merry Christmas channel.
