The chart, the latest of which recaps activity for April 2020, is a monthly snapshot of the largest and most responsive videos posted by musicians on Facebook Live, as tracked by media analytics firm Shareablee. Rankings are determined by a formula that mixes reactions, comments, shares, and views from the first seven days.
Buble’s upload on April 6 documents his process of making cookies with Lopilato. The 30-minute video reigns supreme with a whopping 38.6 million views in its first seven days; the next closest video on the April chart managed 4.1 million.
In addition to leading all the livestreams uploaded by the musicians to Facebook in the first seven days of viewing, Buble’s video also spurred reactions – 480,000 in total.
The comments metric is led by Larry Hernandez, whose April 27 upload “Larrymania live” – referencing his Telemundo reality series of the same name – racked up 498,000 comments and spots at # 3 on the monthly roster. And as for the most shares, Metallica’s April 13 video – which featured a stream of the group’s 2017 performance in Outside Lands – landed 42,000 shares, helping the clip to debut # 4. .
